The Effectiveness of Swiss Ball Exercise to Increase Balance and Mobility of Patient with Stroke

Stroke cases increased to 10.9% in 2018 or an estimated 2.1 million people. Central Java was ranked the top 10 with 11.8% of stroke cases. Post-stroke control adherence health care facilities nationally is also still low. The development treatment methods for patients has been very rapid hospitals, starting from therapy, rehabilitation and results have shown a decrease mortality due acute phase. most effective method improve balance mobility post-stroke using Swiss Ball Exercise. purpose this study prove effectiveness ball exercise on level patients. This used quasi-experimental design pretest-posttest group design, patient population. sample taken by consecutive sampling technique, inclusion criteria who experienced pharese weakness upper lower limbs duration 1-3 months, aged 40-60 years, male female patients, no disturbances. visual sensory Exclusion were spinal deformity, mental disorders, history surgery, hemorrhagic cognitive deficits. research amounted 36 people divided into 2 groups. first got Exercise 35-40 minutes 6 days/week once day 3 weeks. showed that intervention 18 respondents respectively.
